God can speak to you when you’re all alone or in a group of friends. At the end of a ride, sharing in fellowship can be as good for the soul as the ride is for the body!
Whether it’s in a local YMCA cycling class, pedaling the back roads near her home outside of Winston-Salem, riding with the Village People Bike Team in fellowship to raise money for Bike MS, the largest fundraising cycling series in the world in support of those living with Multiple Sclerosis, cycling is Ivey’s passion.
As the Pedaling Pastor, Ivey has taken her love of cycling and turned it into a ministry to help spread the Gospel.
Follow Ivey’s Pedaling Pastor page on Facebook for cycling-inspired devotions, announcements about rides and events, or to share your divinely inspired riding moments with other riders, and check out her posts below.
If you have a cycling group in the Triad area and would like Ivey to join you and offer a word of prayer or a message at one of your favorite destinations with your riding group, reach out to her!
Pedaling toward a world free of MS
Every year, Ivey leads the Village People cycling team in the Bike MS Tour to Tanglewood. Our goal every year is to raise $10,000, which you can do here through the end of the year! Thank you for your support!
Cycle Recycle
Cycle Recycle is a program that started in conjunction with CFTC’s Gift Mart to collect and restore bicycles for children. Now throughout the year, volunteers get together to repair or refurbish used bicycles to prepare them to go out to individuals all over our community.
